Wekiva Elementary School Renovations

Clancy & Theys Construction Company was selected to provide Construction Manager at Risk services for this multi-phased renovations and remodeling project to Wekiva Elementary School.

We were responsible for remodeling a total of 52,900 SF encompassed in Buildings 1 through 5 as well as renovating a total of 13,000 SF encompassed in Buildings 7 through 9. Remodeled spaces include classrooms, administration and the media center to accommodate elementary level instruction and technologies.

Renovated spaces include existing classrooms, the cafeteria and kitchen facilities to accommodate elementary level instruction and improved dining facilities.
