As the brand’s first hotel in Virginia Beach, the Hyatt Place Town Center combines intuitive design, casual atmosphere and practical amenities. Located within the Pembroke Office Park Complex, the six-story, 127-room hotel is designed to exceed guest’s expectations and provide them with everything they need while visiting the city.
Each of the 127-guestrooms includes separate work, play and sleep areas. Suites with floor-to-ceiling windows provide beautiful panoramic views of Virginia Beach. The hotel also includes an indoor pool, a gallery kitchen, a coffee-to-cocktails bar, a 24-hour gym, an outdoor veranda, and two conference rooms featuring more than 2,446 SF of flexible, high-tech meeting space.
Overall, the project’s design and construction were an impressive success—so much so that the Hyatt Brand Access Review Team stated our team set a new standard. Instead of two weeks, the review took only one week, and within 10 days of opening, the hotel began to sell out.
