Sustainable Construction Administration
At Clancy & Theys, we are committed to building responsibly and sustainably with respect to the environments we’re lucky to work in and the communities we’re lucky to serve. As a sustainable construction company, we closely adhere to the sustainable certification process that each project is designed around. This might include LEED, Green Globe, WELL Building, or the National Green Building Standard.
A Legacy of Sustainability
We built our first LEED projects in 2005: Rubenstein Hall for Duke University and Carrington Hall for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of working on projects earning Platinum, Gold, and Silver LEED status. At present, we have many LEED projects either under construction or awaiting certification.
Building for the Future
In recent years, we’ve responded to the dramatic expansion of LEED and green construction by diving in headfirst to lead projects that are LEED-certified and sustainable. This includes other green building certifications like WELL Building, Green Globe, and more. At present, Clancy & Theys is developing additional sustainability efforts to deepen our work and expand our sustainable building practices.
