Overview
Clancy & Theys completed this renovation project on East Hall at Appalachian State University. A new sprinkler system and fire alarm system was retrofitted into this 81,538 square foot, five story, existing residence hall on an active campus. We completed logistics planning, bid packaging, scheduling and subcontractor bidding during the preconstruction process. Throughout the construction process, we managed contract administration, subcontracting, scheduling, purchasing, subcontractor & vendor coordination, cost control and acted as a liaison for the owner and design team.
