It is Clancy & Theys honor to have worked with the City of Wilmington on the Haynes/Lacewell Police and Fire Training Facility. After two major hurricane events, Clancy & Theys completed the project on budget and only extended 30 days to account for recovery from storm damage—an acknowledged achievement of teamwork and communication between the owner, architect, and contractor.
