Clancy & Theys Construction Company is providing construction services for The Sterling at Center Point, a premier mixed-use development in Wilmington, NC. This project features a four-story, 326,384 SF wood-framed multi-family building with 265 luxury residences, including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units – all with private balconies and upscale amenities. Complementing the residential space is a five-story, 120,420 SF precast parking structure with 356 spaces. The Sterling offers an array of premium amenities, including a pool and courtyard, fitness center, billiards and game rooms, golf simulator, business lounge, outdoor lounge, and grilling areas. Accessory spaces include bike storage, a mailroom, storage rooms, leasing and management offices, and essential mechanical and electrical rooms. The exterior showcases a masonry veneer with fiber cement siding and a TPO roof, while the interior boasts high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, solid surface countertops, tile showers, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Clancy & Theys dedicated two years of intensive preconstruction services to ensure the project’s success.
