The project is 255 units in a 12-story, cold-formed metal framed tower above three levels of concrete podium (two levels below grade). Building skin consists of brick and EIFS. Please include the scheduled duration for your scope of work. Pricing should strictly adhere to the plans and specifications, but please offer cost saving alternates that apply to your scope of work.
