REBID NOTICE

Clancy & Theys Construction Company in association with The Daniele Company (2218 Toomey venue, Suite 110, Charlotte, NC 28203, 704.357.6602) is soliciting REBIDS for CMS Billingsville Elementary School Phase 1 with CMS for Bid Packages: 0300 Turnkey Concrete, 0400 Masonry, 1220 Horizontal Louver Blinds, 2100 Fire Protection. Bidders must be prequalified to submit a bid. The project includes approximately 5,000 sf of renovation to create a new security vestibule and administration area inside the existing main entrance of the school. Sealed bids will be opened in person at Clancy & Theys’ office (2218 Toomey Avenue, Suite 110, Charlotte, NC 28203) on March 13 at 2pm.  Subcontractors MUST be prequalified and approved to submit a bid.
