Full demo of existing school building with minor abatement and erection of a new 102,320 GSF, 2 story structure with grades from PK-5 classrooms, kitchen, cafeteria, multipurpose room, stage, media center, music, arts, restrooms, and administrative offices. Sealed Bids will be opened in person at Clancy & Theys Office (2218 Toomey Ave. Ste 110 Charlotte, NC 28203) on the dates stated above. Subcontractors must be pre-qualified and approved to submit a bid.
