Clancy & Theys is currently soliciting bids for the CSP Short Pump CV Center project. The scope of work includes developing the site, core shell, and tenant interiors for the project as a build-to-suit development for the 8,400 Ambulatory Surgery Center. A shell space will be included; however, the construction of the interiors of that suite is currently not included. Please provide lead times for all material and equipment with your bid.
