REBID NOTICE
Clancy & Theys Construction Company (421 N. Harrington Street, Suite 200, Raleigh, NC 27603) announces rebid for the NC State Fairgrounds Midway Event Center. A new 30,000sf, multi-story building that houses convention and event spaces, meeting rooms, & a multi-vendor food hall. Release 1 bid packages: 2601-Early Equipment. Sealed bids from prequalified bidders will be received at The Martin Building (4285 Trinity Road, Raleigh, NC 27607) no later than March 19, 2025 at 3:00pm. Bids will be publicly opened.
