Clancy & Theys is currently soliciting bids for the North End Innsbrook Phase I project located in Henrico County, Virginia. The project consists of three residential buildings with 354 apartments and retail and amenity space, a precast garage, a retail village with four single-story buildings, and site work. Construction is expected to commence in September 2025 with a duration of approximately 28 months.
Proposals should be broken down as follows:
- Site Work based on Timmons Site, Utility and Lighting Plan dated December 20, 2024 (and other supporting documents)
- Building 2 (to include Site Landscape Plans dated 31 January 2025)
- Building 3 (to include Site Landscape Plans dated 31 January 2025)
- Building 4 (to include Site Landscape Plans dated 31 January 2025)
- Retail Village (to include Site Landscape Plans dated 31 January 2025)
