Clancy & Theys is currently requesting final pricing for the rebuilding of six units at Peters Creek Apartments in Roanoke, Virginia. The project consists of three stories of wood framed construction on the existing concrete slab on grade, new breezeway construction and minor renovation of the existing six units. A wet sprinkler system will also be installed in the new construction and the existing units. A new 6” fire line will be installed per the Civil Drawings.
Renovation of the existing units is limited to:
- Siding
- Roofing
- Repairs to GWB resulting from the installation of new sprinkler system
- Flooring
- Painting
- Appliances
- Sprinkler system
Proposals should be broken down between:
- New construction of six units and breezeway
- Renovation of existing six units
