Anthem Parking Garage

The Anthem Parking Garage (formerly the USAA Concourse at Northampton) consists of a precast concrete parking garage with 850 spaces over five floors. This project included the demolition of an existing parking lot and associated utilities, pile driving, concrete foundations & slab on grade, precast concrete erection, three stair towers, and two elevators.  Construction of the garage also included: electrical and fire alarm systems, fire protection surveillance and security system, and access control system. Additional site work for this project consisted of a new parking lot, a new four lane roadway, and traffic signalization systems.
