Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction services for Aquatera project located on picturesque Hilton Head Island. The multi-family community, designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, has 260 residences ranging from studio, one, two and three bedrooms. The project architecture is consistent with Hilton Head Island’s low country charm. Each unit features wood inspired flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and screened in balconies. Amenities include two pickleball courts, large greenspaces, a resort-style saltwater pool with lap lanes, grills, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and onsite leasing and management.
