Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management at Bell West End, a 267,880 sq ft, five-story student housing complex providing 338 studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments (386 beds) at Duke University. The apartments were up-fitted with premium amenities such as wood flooring, stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops plus access to Wi Fi, cable, a swimming pool, fitness center, yoga studio and coffee bar. The project also includes a six-level parking structure providing 416 spaces adjacent to two student apartment buildings.
