Overview
Carytown Exchange is a 120,000 SF mixed-use project designed to revitalize a city block in Richmond, Virginia. The project included the demolition of existing structures and infrastructure, new utilities, site work and site preparations, in addition to the construction of a Publix grocery store, a 440-space precast parking structure, and five retail/restaurant/office shell buildings.
