Clancy & Theys Construction Company is pleased to announce its selection as the Construction Manager at Risk for the City of Casselberry’s new 26,000 SF Police Department, which marks phase one of the city’s planned Public Safety Facility.
The project is set to break ground in the Spring of 2022 and construct a 5-acre site off Wilshire Blvd. The state-of-the-art facility will feature an Emergency Operations Center, laboratory, communications and briefing room, fitness center, and administrative offices.
