Overview
Renovation of The Children’s Hospital of the Kings’ Daughters Health Center & Urgent Care at Loehmann’s included major interior and exterior renovations to an existing two-story brick building. Services included site work, complete demolition of the interior, storefront, roof, and MEP systems, replacement of MEP systems, and a major pool overhaul. The lobby renovations feature a curved roof and a large curtain wall. The facility houses a health and urgent care center with advanced medical equipment and technology and a physical therapy center focused on youth.
