Ideally situated where Virginia Beach Town Center meets Thalia Creek Greenway, the Constitution was designed and constructed to create an urban lifestyle community. The sophisticated multi-family community combines comfort with convenience to meet residents’ every need.
To maximize the site’s potential, a 524,568 SF six-story building was designed with four stories of wood-framed apartments atop two levels of cast-in-place concrete which includes 486 parking spaces and 13,000 SF of first-floor retail space. The community’s resort-style pool and courtyards were included on the third floor of the building, rather than the first floor as typically seen in multi-family projects, to provide space for parking and retail.
The Constitution features 219 pet-friendly apartments offering one, two, and three bedroom floor plans. The thoughtfully designed apartments incorporate open floor plans, gourmet kitchens, spacious walk-in closets, stylish bathrooms, and private balconies/patios. The apartments are complete with high-end finishes, including luxury vinyl tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, kitchen islands, white granite countertops, Pella windows, soaking tubs, built-in wine racks, and in-unit washers, dryers, and dishwashers.
The project included an array of indoor and outdoor lifestyle-enhancing amenities that go beyond its residents’ expectations and provide them with nearly everything they could need and want. The resort-inspired amenities include a pool, courtyards, fire pits, grills, multiple clubrooms and lounges, a 24-hour wellness studio, a serene massage studio, a 24-hour cutting-edge cardio studio, Bocce Ball, a bark park with a dog washing station, additional on-site storage, a bike room, electric vehicle charging stations, a roof terrace, and a parking garage.
