Overview

Clancy & Theys Construction Company completed the General Contracting for the 123,089 SF, 160 room, 12-story resort hotel, with 2,500 SF of meeting space, a full service restaurant, exercise facility, indoor pool with a separate spa and outdoor pool with rock structures and a waterfall. The building was a poured-in-place concrete structure with a window wall system. The entire project was completed in nine months.
