Overview
Situated on the Lafayette River, CovePointe at the Landings are beautifully designed waterfront apartments in Norfolk’s Larchmont neighborhood. The site consists of two four-story apartment buildings containing 122 units. The scope of work on this 170,000 SF project includes parking, a new clubhouse area, and a fitness center and yoga studio. Outdoor amenities include a kayak launch, pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire-pit. This project maintained the character of the surrounding properties while still incorporating new and contemporary features. The construction of these apartment buildings on this tight site was completed within a fast-tracked, 12-month schedule.
