This ambitious project aimed to enhance the learning environment by delivering a state-of-the-art, 146,000-square-foot, two-story facility designed to accommodate up to 950 students.
The project scope encompassed the completion of the new structure on the existing foundation, which required careful planning and execution to ensure seamless integration with previously established site elements. Extensive site work included partial clearing, grubbing, grading, and installing an advanced sprinkler system to meet modern safety standards.
The school’s structure was thoughtfully designed using a combination of load-bearing masonry and a partial steel frame, ensuring durability and structural integrity while allowing for flexibility in design and functionality. The facility boasts a wide array of spaces tailored to meet the diverse needs of students and staff. These include spacious and well-equipped classrooms, administrative offices to support daily operations, a fully stocked library fostering a learning culture, and a large cafeteria and kitchen to accommodate the school’s dining needs efficiently.
In addition to academic spaces, the school was designed with a strong focus on athletics and the arts. The facility features an auxiliary gym and a full-size gymnasium complete with locker rooms, providing ample space for physical education programs and extracurricular activities. Music education classrooms were also incorporated to support the school’s commitment to fostering creativity and artistic expression among students.
The school’s exterior was equally well planned, with carefully executed landscaping that included fully equipped softball and baseball fields and fencing to ensure safety and functionality for student-athletes and the community.
