This expansive project includes 128 units, offering 404 beds in a modern, five-story building that spans 207,015 square feet. The exterior of the building is a striking combination of brick and fibrous cement siding, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and durability.
In addition to the residential space, the project features a five-story, 362-space precast parking deck, providing ample parking for residents. The building’s interior boasts premium finishes and high-end amenities designed to enhance student living, including a courtyard swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a media center, gaming rooms, an internet café, and a rooftop terrace with stunning views.
The construction site presented unique challenges, as it was located in a highly constrained urban area surrounded by busy city streets. The project occupies an entire city block, with buildings set back just 6, 8, and 10 feet on three sides and only 15 feet on the fourth side, requiring careful planning and coordination to navigate the tight site conditions while maintaining safety and efficiency.
