Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided Construction Manager at Risk renovation services for the Hawk’s Cay Resort & Marina, a 166,000 SF, 177-room hotel resort in the Florida Keys.
Renovations included a dramatic veranda and a new lobby incorporating direct water views, a bar and lounge, and dedicated guest service desks. The main pool doubled in size, and the resort pool features stunning new landscaping, a deluxe multi-tiered sun terrace, and private cabanas.
The renovation and upgrades included two restaurants, two new bars, a coffee bar, new administrative offices, a new tiki bar, and a full-service kitchen.
