Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company was awarded the La Posada Independent Living project as the Construction Manager at Risk. As an active, occupied senior living facility, phasing and project management were critical to maintaining Life Safety and minimizing disruption to current operations.
This new 90,000 SF, four-story independent living addition consists of 54 new independent living units, a bistro/pub, dining/kitchen areas, a salon, a physical therapy room, a fitness/exercise room, an activities room, and all other common area facilities. The project was constructed on a vacant piece of land within the La Posada community, which remained fully occupied.
