Midtown Park at Barclay

Clancy & Theys provided construction services to Midtown Park at Barclay. The project included 3‐story 64,000 SF medical office building known as Midtown Park at Barclay adjacent to the four recently completed retail buildings at The Pointe at Barclay.

Site improvements include clearing the site, new pre-cast parking garage, sidewalks, and landscaping.
