Clancy & Theys provided construction services for the Midtown Park at Barclay Medical Office Building. The project included a new 3‐story 64,000 SF medical office building adjacent to four retail buildings completed by Clancy & Theys at The Pointe at Barclay. Site improvements include clearing the site, a new pre-cast parking garage, sidewalks, and landscaping. Within the new medical office building, Clancy & Theys completed the upfit project for Wilmington Health, which consisted of roughly 40,000 SF of the second and third floors. One of the area’s largest healthcare companies, the Wilmington Health upfit included phlebotomy and laboratory testing services, radiology services, OB/GYN, internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, and dermatology.
