NOVEL Scott’s Addition is a five-story wrap building with a seven-story corner pop-out that features a mix of 275 one- and two-bedroom apartments, including loft homes with balconies and a convenient 356-space precast parking garage. Residents can enjoy resort-style amenities such as a saltwater pool, dog park and pet spa, hidden speakeasy, curated co-working spaces, and a dedicated podcast room. With multiple dining areas, a library, and a cozy fireside lounge, there’s a perfect space for everyone to connect and recharge. A vibrant mural by a local artist also decorates the side of the parking garage, capturing the charm of Richmond and the vibrant culture of Scott’s Addition.
