OOCEA Headquarters Building

Clancy & Theys Construction Company was recently selected by the Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority to build their new three-story administration and operations center.  This 86,000 SF complex is structural steel frame with aluminum panel, brick veneer and glass curtain wall exterior.

The building features a three-story, clear atrium and a boardroom capable of housing public authority meetings. In addition, the facility provides executive offices and conference areas, engineering offices and space for administrative personnel and consultants.
