Clancy & Theys Construction Company is excited to announce its selection as construction manager for the Current Orlando at Data Court Student Housing project. The new development project will be in a prime location near the University of Central Florida. These apartments will provide safe and well-designed off campus housing that fit the student’s lifestyle. Current Orlando Project will consist of three buildings, two five-story and one four-story. A total of 286 units, 353,195 SF, as well as a 200,160 SF, six-story parking garage. Clancy & Theys continue to expand their high-quality construction to more areas within the Florida division and look forward to more projects in the future.
