Florida Polytechnic University Phase Three Student Housing

Clancy & Theys Construction Company is excited to announce its selection as construction manager for the new Phase III Housing project for Florida Polytechnic University. Clancy & Theys looks forward to continuing to bring their passionate and timeless projects to areas within the Florida division. Phase III will accompany Florida Poly’s existing on-campus student housing, allowing more students to live on campus. This project will consist of 500 beds in a mix of suite-style and apartment-style configurations, targeting upperclassman.
