Despite pandemic-related challenges, unique site logistics, and a tight schedule, Clancy & Theys Construction Company’s collaborative team effort allowed the grocery store to hold its Grand Opening ahead of schedule.
The 51,300 SF Publix is part of the 120,000 SF Carytown Exchange mixed-use project. This revitalization of a city block in Carytown also includes a precast parking structure and five retail/restaurant/office shell buildings.
