Overview
The Ronald Blocker Educational Leadership Center (RBELC) is a nine-story office building in downtown Orlando that houses all Senior Leadership from Orange County Public Schools (OCPS).
As part of Clancy & Theys’ continuing service contract, an existing boardroom space is renovated. The scope of work included complete demolition of the existing space, conversion of the existing sloped floor to a new concrete flat surface, new finishes, new board room dais, new lighting, new A/V and stage lighting, sound attenuation, and new auditorium seating.
