Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided construction management for the Residence Inn in Downtown Raleigh. A new 10-story Residence Inn hotel on a tight downtown site that was a surface parking lot. In addition to the typical Residence Inn amenities, the project includes two restaurants on the first floor, a rooftop bar, and pedestrian access into existing parking garage.
This Project earned LEED Silver.
