Overview
Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided comprehensive estimating and general contracting services for Caldwell Presbyterian Church. Extensive renovations were done to the church’s 110-year-old sanctuary. The project encompassed both interior and exterior restorations to ensure the preservation of its historical integrity. All stained-glass windows were meticulously repaired in place, while plaster surfaces were restored and painted to enhance their aesthetic and structural integrity. The exterior received attention, including tuck pointing of stone and brick, full facade sealing, and replacement of the shingle roof and lintels.
