Clancy & Theys was selected as a “Hard Bid” by Lake County Schools to provide general contracting for the construction of the Sawgrass Bay Elementary School.
Schenkel Shultz Architecture designed the new prototypical, two-story elementary school, which includes 60 classrooms, a cafeteria with a platform stage, a media center, music, art, and science labs, resource rooms, and administrative offices.
To show appreciation for the teachers in our community, Clancy & Theys’ project team donated new microwaves and refrigerators for all of the teacher labs in the new school.
