Overview
As Construction Manager, Clancy & Theys managed the build of St. Patrick Catholic Church’s 12,000 SF new sanctuary using load-bearing masonry walls with a laminated wood truss roof structure. The new 500-seat facility includes a covered entrance, lobby, reconciliation chapel, choir, bride room, and restrooms. The architectural features include a 28-foot-high glass entrance and stained wood trusses.
