The Gwendolyn has 102,000 SF of office space, offering a contemporary, flexible environment with a unique history and access to the intellectual capital of some of the country’s best young minds. The LEED Certified, Class-A office space will feature 25,000 SF floor plates, covered parking, an on-site café, and bike and pedestrian infrastructure including bike lanes, indoor bike racks, and on-site showers and locker rooms.
