Overview
The first phase of Chesterfield’s latest mixed-use development, the James at Springline, is a 298-unit apartment community with 28,000 SF of retail space. Located on the former Spring Rock Green shopping center site, this new 42-acre mixed-use development will provide a space for the community to live, work, and play. We are thrilled to continue our decades-long relationship with Collins Enterprises with the construction of the James at Springline and look forward to watching the Springline development come to fruition.
