Overview
Toringdon includes a mix of residential, retail, and office space. To date, Clancy & Theys Construction Company has built 550,000 SF, Class A office space in six buildings. Buildings are steel framed with brick, precast, and glass veneer. In addition, 600 spaces of structured parking were constructed to serve the parking requirements of these buildings.
CM at-Risk for Toringdon included Design/Build Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Protection. Clancy & Theys provided preconstruction and construction services.
