Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided general construction services on this design-build project for an 80,000 SF, state-of-the-art academic building on Memory Mall.
The Clancy & Theys/SchenkelShultz team worked together, making decisions in concert with all University of Central Florida stakeholders, to ensure all design documents met University standards. Project features include lecture halls, circulation zones with breakout space, simulation labs, office suites, conference rooms, and break rooms.
