UCF Partnership III Building

Clancy & Theys Construction Company provided preconstruction and construction management services for the University of Central Florida (UCF). The new five-story facility contains approximately 27,000 SF of research labs and 85,000 SF of classrooms, offices, and computer labs. It provides “state-of-the-art” technology for simulation and professional training.

This facility is adjacent to the Partnership II Building in the Central Florida Research Park. The user groups comprise various organizations involved in modeling, simulation, and advanced distributed learning, including the University of Central Florida, the US Army, the US Navy, and the US Marine Corps.
