UCF Therapeutic Equestrian Center

Overview

The new Therapeutic Equestrian Center for Heavenly Hooves (a therapeutic riding facility) headquarters is an international research center for equestrian therapy. It is the first in the nation to be built from the ground up in conjunction with a medical school (the UCF College of Medicine).

Clancy & Theys was responsible for constructing a new 14-stall, 9,450 SF stable with restrooms, a storage room, and a tack room. Other features included in the build were a new 12,800 SF covered riding arena and the minimally invasive coquina parking lot and picnic area.
