A 65-acre soccer park consisting of five buildings: a 15,159 SF, two-story clubhouse facility; a 2,146 SF ticket office/concession facility; a 3,221 SF, two-story restroom/office facility; an 1,864 SF restroom/concession facility; and a 1,152 SF storage building.  Typical buildings are constructed of glue-laminated wood beams and concrete with corrugated metal roofs.
